3. Allow us up to three business days before we respond. We will need time to confirm your preapproval letter and sometimes the contacts listed in preapproval letters are not immediately available.
Once we are able to confirm your preapproval letter we will email or call you and indicate multiple dates and times that the home can be made available for your viewing.
